Fab Beauty Studio Booking Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure your visit is smooth, relaxing, and respectful of everyone’s time.

Appointment Booking

To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless:

  • You miss your appointment

  • You have a late cancellation or no-show

  • A deposit is required for certain services

This helps us hold your reservation and protect appointment times for all clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that things happen! To be fair to all clients, please note our 24-hour grace period for any changes:

  • Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-shows: Failure to show up without notice will be charged the full-service amount.

For on-location beauty services, a 72-hour (3-day) notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows for these services will be charged the full-service amount due to travel and scheduling logistics.

Appointment Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for the following services:

  • $100 deposit for NovaLash Classic and American Volume/Hybrid Full Sets

  • 50% deposit for Yumi Lash Lifts and on-location services

All deposits are non-refundable for any service.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to make the most of your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule. The full-service amount will still apply.

Inclement Weather

Safety comes first! During winter months, if a weather advisory makes travel unsafe, we’ll gladly reschedule without penalty. Otherwise, our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Health Conditions

Please inform us at booking of any health conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special considerations that may affect your service. This allows us to customize your experience safely and effectively.

Product Returns

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Cash refunds are not offered. Instead, you’ll receive store credit for future products or services.

Packages & Prepaid Services

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and must follow the agreement signed during checkout.
Prepaid services must be used within the same calendar year or they will be voided. These can be transferred to another client but cannot be changed or substituted for different services.

Age Requirements & Children

Fab Beauty Studio welcomes moms and little ones! You’re welcome to bring your child, but please note:

  • The experience may be less relaxing with children present.

  • Parents are responsible for supervising their children.

  • Fab Beauty LLC is not liable for any accidents or damages caused by unattended children.

Personal Belongings

We recommend leaving valuables and jewelry at home or keeping them with you at all times. Fab Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
