DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, & POLICIES

Yes, select services require deposits. All deposits are paid securely through the booking app and are non-refundable for any service.
We offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations or reschedules.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) = 50% charge
- No-shows = full-service charge
For on-location services: A 72-hour (3-day) notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel or reschedule three or more consecutive appointments, we recommend waiting to rebook until you’re certain you can attend. Consistent cancellations make it hard to accommodate other clients.

Yes, but please limit it to one guest as the studio is a small private suite.
Yes! We offer complimentary tea, coffee, or water for all guests.

All bookings are made online through the booking app, our easy, secure scheduling system. You can view all available times and services there.
If time is available, yes! Same-day appointments are welcome, but all clients must still follow the same cancellation and deposit policies.
Absolutely. As long as the time slot allows, you can book more than one service (for example, a facial and brow shaping) in one visit.
